A crisp, fresh and delicious wine from Gascogne, with notes of white flowers, exotic fruit and fresh acidity. Ideal with fish, shellfish or as an aperitif.
This white wine from Côte de Gascogne has a very good balance of sweetness and acidity, giving it a broad range of flavours.
Horgelus Colombard-Sauvignon offers notes of fresh tropical fruit, elderflower, peach, nectarine and much more. The wine has a fine mineral freshness that gives it a distinctive balance.
We recommend it with light lunches, such as salads with chicken, tuna or shellfish. It also works beautifully with mild Asian cuisine or as a welcome drink on the terrace.

The wine is typically made from 75% Colombard and 25% Sauvignon Blanc and vinified in steel. The grapes come from vines growing mainly in clay soils mixed with silica.
