Moratti Appassimento brings the richness and intensity of southern Italy to the bottle without being overly heavy or overpowering. The wine has notes of dark red berries, sweet fruit, coffee beans and dark chocolate. Its flavour is intensely full-bodied and appealing. An excellent match for red meat, stews and mature cheeses, or an enjoyable break from the everyday.

A deliciously fresh, rounded Chardonnay with a fine, balanced mouthfeel.

Plaisir Exotique is made from 100% Chardonnay, with grapes from vineyards in l'Hérault, near Montpellier. The vines grow in soils that vary between granite, clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled to 8–10°C to retain their aromas and freshness.
