Plaisir Exotique is made from 100% Chardonnay, with grapes from vineyards in l'Hérault, near Montpellier. The vines grow in soils that vary between granite, clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled to 8–10°C to retain their aromas and freshness.
